Mary Podolak is founder and President of Cornerstone Human Resources.   She is an experienced human resources generalist.     

Mary's practical approaches have produced productivity gains and limited compliance risks and expenses in a variety of business situations.

With over 20 years of diverse human resources experience in the corporate world, she has been successful with a wide variety of challenges - establishing human resources policies for new companies, developing training for alternate dispute resolution, setting up a major corporation's first on-site day care center, and closing a nationwide network of offices.

A graduate of Smith College, Mary has attended human resources seminars on employment law, EEO / Affirmative Action, sexual harassment investigations, leadership, training, communication, and others too numerous to mention.
